The picturehouse cinema is full of character and a pleasant change from the usual multi-plex chains that have become the norm. That said it only has two screens so you need to keep an eye on the schedule to be sure to catch your film of choice.

The picturehouse also has a fully stocked bar that is the perfect place to enjoy a drink to discuss the film you have just seen. In the summer the balcony is also a nice touch.

A great venue

The picture house is a great little cinema that keeps a little bit of independent local cinema alive in a world of corporate multiplexes. It feels more like an venue ran for a love of film rather than money. The only drawback is the lack of sc/reens which means you cant always watch the film you want when you want but then you cant have everything can you

With the average cost of a wedding in 2011 reported to be over £21k it seems the ideal time for this sort of site to be launching.
