On the 3rd & 4th July the banks of the river Avon will play host to the Stratford River Festival. The event will bring together boaters, tourists and the local community to enjoy a feast of entertainment, Based on and around Stratford's Recreation Ground, both days feature a full programme of events and activities.

The bandstand and pontoon stage will feature a variety of live music to enjoy and there will be a variety of stalls, market traders and a selection of food and drink stalls.

If the weather stays anything like it has been over the past week this should provide a great way to enjoy the sunshine whilst taking in a host of entertaining events.

With the average cost of a wedding in 2011 reported to be over £21k it seems the ideal time for this sort of site to be launching.
